Crime Stoppers offers reward in mischief case

Crime Stoppers and the Greater Sudbury Police Service in partnership with the City of Greater Sudbury are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible for the Mischief in the form of Graffiti in the underground walking tunnel that runs from Elgin Street to Riverside Drive in the City of Greater Sudbury.
On April 3rd 2016, between 4:00 am and 4:05am, a group of unknown persons attended that location and were involved in several acts of Mischief (Graffiti).
The isolated area of the tunnel located between Elgin Street and Riverside Drive has seen a large increase in mischief`s in the form of graffiti. There are a large number of incidents reported annually to police.
Graffiti is one of the most visible crimes in our community. It impacts the perception of the safety and well-being of citizens and visitors to the city. The cost of eradicating impacts small business owners and the taxpayers of this city. It also has potential to impact property values.
Any information on the identity of the suspect(s) or the individuals responsible for this crime would be greatly appreciated.
Sudbury Rainbow Crime Stoppers is convinced someone has information on the identity of the suspect(s) and therefore a Guaranteed Minimum $1,000 reward is being offered for tips received before midnight on Sunday, June 19th, 2016, if the information leads to an arrest (reward $ will be divided if many successful tips are received).
For tips received after the deadline, the standard process for determining reward amounts will apply.
