Updated - June 30th, 2016 11:30pm: Police are still on the scene and the roadway remains closed. Preliminary investigation has revealed there is one fatality. No name is being released at this time pending notification of next of kin

Lasalle Extension is currently shut down in both directions; including Notre Dame/Frood Rd and Elm St.
