Update: Police say the child has suffered non-life threatening injuries. She was transported to hospital complaining of head and neck pain following high-speed rollover while unrestrained.

Amber Alert Cancelled. Sources say the vehicle was involved in a collision while travelling at a high rate of speed. The father is in custody and as of 10:15am emergency crews with working to extricate the child from the vehicle.

York Regional Police is requesting an AMBER Alert in relation to a parental abduction in Aurora. Julia DELA-CRUZ, was taken by her father, Mario Rodrigues. Julia is 5 years old and is described as three foot five inches, thin build, and weighs sixty pounds. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and grey track pants. Mario is 46 years old and is described as five foot five inches, weighs 160 pounds, with short dark hair, brown eyes and is clean shaven. Mario was driving a 2008 Toyota Sienna van, silver in colour, Ontario plate BEZY781. Last seen heading south from Aurora approximately 6am.
