Greater Sudbury resident, member of the Chicago Blackhawks and Stanley Cup winner, Andrew Desjardins, will be in Lively for a community celebration on July 6, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Andrew Desjardins will be at the Sixth Avenue Playground in Lively with the Stanley Cup at 10:15 a.m. The playground is located at 215 Sixth Avenue in Lively (off Main Street). Andrew will then make his way to TM Davies Community Centre/arena where residents are encouraged to join in and cheer on in the parade procession.

Residents will be able to see the Stanley Cup, have their picture taken and receive an autograph from Andrew Desjardins starting at around 11:00 a.m. We encourage residents to arrive early, as the cup will be departing the arena at 2:00 p.m.

Andrew and his family will be accepting donations for the Walden Food Bank and the Sudbury Food Bank. Attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item to the TM Davies Community Centre/arena.

Andrew Desjardins, résident du Grand Sudbury, membre de l’équipe des Blackhawks de Chicago et gagnant de la coupe Stanley, se rendra à Lively le 6 juillet 2015, en vue d’une célébration communautaire qui se déroulera de 10 h à 14 h.

Andrew Desjardins arrivera au terrain de jeux de l’avenue Sixth, à Lively, avec la Coupe Stanley à 10 h 15. Le terrain se jeux se trouve au 215 avenue Sixth à LIvely. Andrew se rendra ensuite au Centre communautaire / Aréna T. M. Davies. Les citoyens sont encouragés à se joindre à la procession et à applaudir le défilé.

À compter d’environ 11 h, les citoyens pourront voir la Coupe Stanley, se faire photographier et recevoir l’autographe d’Andrew Desjardins. Nous encourageons les citoyens à arriver tôt, puisque la coupe doit quitter l’aréna à 14 h.

M. Desjardins et sa famille accepteront des dons au profit de la Banque alimentaire de Walden et de la Banque d’aliments de Sudbury. Les participants sont encouragés à apporter des denrées non périssables au Centre communautaire / Aréna T. M. Davies.
