There is a white sedan taped off on second ave right by the kids park, Police forensics are photographing. Pedestrians are often raced by traffic at this light. I warn my kids about that particular crossing often as motorists are completely ignorant of the presence of kids in the area.

Speed limit should be reduced to 25 km. That whole street is full of low rental housing along with many small children.

This is not the first time a child was hit on this street.
