Collège Notre-Dame Alouettes win gold at OFSAA Gymnastics #Sudbury

Collège Notre-Dame athletes have won gold again at Ontario Secondary School (OFSAA) Championships in the Aerobic Gymnastics discipline. Both OPEN and NOVICE teams topped the provincial podium Tuesday, April 11.
Female athletes ranging from grade 9 to grade 12 proved their ability to perform continuously with high intensity movement patterns to music. Aerobic Gymnastics is a combination of aerobic and dance choreography. Their routines demonstrated creativity, synchronized execution, strength, power and flexibility. The team greatly benefited from the coaching by Maxine Gauthier, Mikella Gauthier and Julie Léger-DiMaio.
