(SUDBURY ON) Greater Sudbury Hydro is planning a power interruption on Thursday July 20 which will affect approximately 300 customers. The outage will begin at 9 a.m. and should be concluded by 10:30 a.m. The area affected includes Tilton Lake Road, South Shore Road, Pine Hill Road, Croatia Road, and Clearwater Lake Road…essentially all customers living south of the Tilton Lake/South Shore intersection.
“Our crews will be installing 3 new regulators, which help stabilize voltage,” said Wendy Watson, Director of Communications for Greater Sudbury Hydro. “In order to do the replacements safely, we need to interrupt the power to those customers for a short period of time.
