Updated: Hydro outage reported in the South End of Greater Sudbury

(GREATER SUDBURY) Update: Power has been restored to all customers. Anyone still without power should report it to Greater Sudbury Hydro at 705-675-7536.

Power has been restored to customers in the Long Lake, Ester, and Harrison Drive area. Parts of Harrison and St Charles Lake Road have also been restored. Crews are still working to resolve Moonrock and Telstar.

Greater Sudbury Hydro advised of a hydro outage in the South End affecting customers in the area of Brenda Drive and St. Charles Lake Road at approximately 6:30pm on August 4th, 2023.

Hydro crews have been dispatched and the cause is currently under investigation.

There is currently no estimate time to restoration of the service.
