Water Interruption in Regent Street Area from Austin Street to Martindale Road

Updated August 7th, 2014 2:30pm - Water service in the Regent Street area, from Austin Street to Martindale Road, has been restored following repairs to a break in a water service line. Water lines are being flushed by the contractor. Please check water for clarity prior to starting dishwashers and washing machines. Discoloured water can be cleared by running a cold water tap. A prolonged occurrence of discolored water and/or low water pressure should be reported to the City of Greater Sudbury by dialing 3-1-1.

A break in a water service has resulted in a water service interruption in the following areas. Repairs are expected to be complete in approximately two to three hours. Once service is restored, water may be discolored and can be cleared by running a cold water tap. Please check water for clarity prior to starting dishwashers and washing machines.
