BREAKING: A LEAST SIX SEPARATE ATTACKS IN PARIS' CAPTIAL
French president President François Hollande has declared an State of Emergency and closed borders following at least six separate attacks within the capital. Reports are at least 35 people confirmed dead and several other are being held hostage.
