17 year old French River teen charged with Stunt Driving on Highway 69

(SUDBURY, ON)- On November 12, 2015, the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) was on stationary patrol on Highway 69 in the City of Greater Sudbury.  At approximately 9:28 p.m., a southbound car was observed travelling at a high rate of speed and as a result was stopped for “Stunt Driving”.

The driver, Shayn SEGUIN, 17 years of age from French River, was charged with Race a Motor Vehicle, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act. 

SEGUIN’s Drivers Licence has been suspended for seven days and the vehicle he was operating was also seized and impounded for seven days. 

The accused is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on December 14, 2015.
