 
	
	
	Les écoles Ste-Marie et Saint-Joseph se classent 4e et 5e au championnat ontarien des courses de bateaux en carton
	
		On March 5, three teams representing the Conseil scolaire catholique du Nouvel-Ontario (CSCNO) took part in the Elementary Provincial Cardboard Boat Races held in Waterloo. CSCNO students were very successful among the 21 competing teams with École Ste-Marie (Azilda) finishing 4th overall, while the teams from École Saint-Joseph (Wawa) finished 5th and École Alliance St-Joseph (Chelmsford) was 12th.

	L’école Jean-Paul II partage sa passion pour la musique lors du festival de musique Kiwanis
	
		As in past years, students from Val Caron’s École Jean-Paul II will again take part in the Kiwanis Music Festival. This year, the school will enhance the cultural impact of this activity by hosting part of the festival.

		Since February, grade 3 to 8 students at Lively’s École St-Paul are taking part in the newly introduced archery program. Students have already benefitted from several sessions and are being taught various elements of the sport, such as safety and the positioning of the body to increase accuracy.
