On Monday November 16th, shortly after 4 pm, a 10 year old female was walking in the Chelmsford area where she was followed by an adult male who engaged her in conversation.
On the 14th of November 2015 a 23 year old male was confronted on Elgin Street by a male known to him. The male slashed the victim in the face with an edged weapon and then fled the scene.
