17 year old driver charged; 148 km/h in an 80 km/h near Copper Cliff

On April 20th, at approximately 12:45 p.m., a Traffic Management Unit Officer was conducting speed enforcement on Municipal Road 55 near Copper Cliff when the officer observed a car travelling at well beyond the posted speed limit.
