City Council Hires New Auditor General

City Council Hires New Auditor General

Greater Sudbury Council tonight approved the hiring of Ron Foster as Auditor General following a comprehensive nationwide search. Foster will begin a five-year contract on December 1, 2015, replacing acting Auditor General Vasu Balakrishnan. Mr. Balakrishnan will resume the role of Senior Auditor.

Additional Types of ATVs Now Permitted on City Roads

D’autres types de VTT sont maintenant permis sur les routes municipales

New municipal ATV by-law 2015-158 allows the operation of additional types of ATVs, Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs) and recreational off-highway vehicles (ORVs) on designated city roads. This new ATV by-law replaces By-laws 2014-224 and 2013-131, which only permitted single-rider ATVs on designated roadways.
